How does Bon Voyage Baby Rentals work?
We deliver our baby and children’s rentals to Franklin and Delaware counties. We deliver to your hotel, Airbnb/Vrbo, private residence, or wherever is most convenient for you. You will receive an email the week prior to your rental booking with confirmation of delivery time. We offer free delivery on orders over $50. There is a $10 delivery fee on orders less than $50. We offer free delivery to Powell with no minimum order requirement.
Our delivery service also picks up your rentals at the end of your rental period. Pickups generally are from 11AM – 3PM. If you need a later pickup time, please specify in the notes section at checkout.
You are not required to be present at the time of delivery/pick up. We work with hotels and management companies to deliver items before check-in and pick up after check-out. Items will be left with the concierge/front desk. Rental items must be returned to the same location before check-out as we will be unable to access guest rooms.
If delivering to a private residence or other location, rental items are to be left in a covered and secure spot if no one is available to accept the items. The client is responsible for their own installation of rented items as we only provide delivery/pickup.
Please specify if there is a preferred time for delivery and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please include detailed information in the “Delivery & Pickup Notes” section at checkout. Deliveries are typically scheduled from 8AM – 11AM.
If you do not reside in the delivery area you have the option to pick up your rentals in Powell. The following address should be entered in the delivery address section at checkout: 47 Hall Street, Powell, Ohio, 43065. You will receive an email the week prior to your rental booking with confirmation of pickup time.
There is no daily minimum rental. You may rent items for 1 day and up to 14 days. If you would like to rent items for longer than 14 days, please contact at email@example.com to receive short term rental pricing.
Cancellations made more than 3 days (72 hours) ahead of delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery date will be refunded 50% of original order. No refunds will be given to cancellations within 24 hours of delivery date.
